Embarrassed about watching Hentai (Part 4)?
THIS IS THE FOURTH COMBAT WAY. (Yeah I know. You're saying... FINALLY!!)
This is where Fairy Tales come in. The fantasy. The Make-believe. Those happily every after. Those films, where the darkness is displayed throughout the beginning of the story, but good conquers over evil. Don't you see it in Stephen King novels and films? He's fighting his personal seed in each and every one of them. Time and time and again, he's digging inside himself, fighting that fascination with evil (and Charles Manson), and making good become the victor.
At one time, churches were at an uproar against Harry Potter books and films (Don't you just love saying "Potter" with an English accent?). Hmmm... Harry Potter = evil. The Harry Potter books and films are EVIL. They have "true" witchcraft written right in them. Seriously? "True" witchcraft? Really? You might as well throw out every fairy tale book you own, because every single one of them have some kind of witch doing curses. Harry Potter: evil. You should laugh, because these same people don't mind watching Nightmare on Elm Street.
We all have the mutated seed.
!!! OKAY, I'M STARTING THE "SOMEWHAT PREACHY" PART NOW. SO, WARNING TO ALL WHO ENTER HERE !!!
(Heh. Heh. I know. I already started the "preachy" part an hour ago. LOL!!)
Bottom line is, Good triumphs over Evil. And God equates to good (God = Good). And Good is so pure and so beautiful that we would want to worship it forever and ever. It's kind of hard to think of worshiping something -- always. You think that would be boring, or God is vain. But, we're so far from grace that it's hard to comprehend. It's not that you're forced to worship God, you will WANT TO because you'll fall right on your knees once you see True Beauty. The Awe of it. True Goodness. It's still hard to comprehend or even believe. I know. We can't even imagine that. In fact, we're so far from goodness, that it would kill us if we tried to look upon it in our sinful, living forms (Exodus 33:19-23). God is so hard to comprehend because goodness is so hard to comprehend. That's why there's no hope. That's why you need to seek it out in Happy Endings.
In regular porn, you don't get the Happy Endings very much (well, you know what I mean, not "Happy Endings" but "Happily Ever After" endings), but in hentai you do. And how about slash? Hopefully there's a hero that surfaces from the darkness in the end.
It's the light at the end of the dark journey that we should revel in. You need to search for the light. (2 Corinthians 4:4)
Watch that slash, that hentai, and have tears of joy that good wins. Draw more towards those scenes that have the ending of Goodness. Keep planting those seeds that Good will Win. For these films are only reflecting that dark seed inside ourselves, that sin, that mutation, that we are all forever trying to defeat. That darkness that we carry; or as in Showtime's Move Channel, Dexter Morgan calls it: The Dark Passenger. Our Dark Passenger needs to take a back seat. We must rule over it.
For those of us who have a lot more mutations of sin inside us than most, like writers and filmmakers, this is our way of battling the forces of evil within us. Not the ones who are just out to make money, but the ones who have this as an art form. Because, seriously, if Stephen King didn't write it out, the storm of the century will take IT out. And if Mr. King did NOT battle his demons with his written pen, do you think that would be a good thing for his neighbors?
Instead of gorging on porn and slash, find your avenue of fighting it like Mr. King and Toshio Maeda (hentai artist). Display the bad seed and show it being destroyed, over and over again. Don't revel in the bad. Revel in the good. If you don't have an artform, then use those who do. Find only the storytellers who write to fight evil. Don't watch it for the bad, but revel in the good. And soon, with each step, you'll be satisfied, and you will want to find a place that reminds you of Goodness. Maybe a church that makes you comfortable (run away, run far away, from the judgment types and stick to the encouraging ones Hebrews 10:25). Or, if you ask, the right church will find you. There will still be hypocrites inside churches, but it won't bother you, because you're doing your own battle with Dark Passenger. You'll be able to see past the evil in the church for you know just what it is, 
and you now know that EVERYONE has it too. You could just go for the message, or just to sunday school, and then leave. Don't feel PRESSURED to do anything with the church. You're just there to hear the message and that's all. Stick to your guns. And if they keep bothering you, making you feel guilty, then leave. And if churches still make your skin crawl, then you can just pray in solitude (Matthew 6:6-7) and talk to God all by yourself, and I'm sure He won't mind in the least (Jesus did it all the time), as long as you're continuously moving in His direction--the Right way. The Goodness way.
(SIDE NOTE: If you decide NOT to go this path, and let your Dark Passenger rule, you will not, by the way, "will not burn forever in hell." Hell isn't what people say it is. You know that First Law of Thermodynamics: Energy can be changed from one form to another, but it cannot be created or destroyed. It can only change forms? Well, the everlasting fire? It's something that makes sure that energy doesn't exist anymore. You'll simply just won't exist. God can create energy and He can destroy it. Take a look at The Truth About Hell)
Once you define the lineage of the sin, you can name it, claim it, understand it, and rule over it. This is the only time you should GET SELFISH. You're born on your own; you die on your own; so you need to find Goodness -- ON YOUR OWN (Sorry, stating that makes me think of that song From Les Misérables - On my Own. But I digress).
Remember, everyone and everything is Mutated! Misery loves Company. Everyone and everything is out to get you. Even the land was cursed, way before we started up with the pollution (Genesis 3:17 and Cain made the land worse Genesis 4:11). No one can help you. And everyone will be out to get you, in one way or another; and even more so when they star
t seeing that change within you towards Goodness. They'll hang on you, wanting constant reassurance, suck you dry like a Vampire; or throw wrenches in your way to make you bend over in pain, or fall down, defeated; or, the worse ones, who keep reminding you of all the bad things you did in the past and make you feel guilty because you're now trying to be "holier than holies". But you're not. You're just trying to get the heck off of a sinking ship!

(SIDE NOTE: And don't think those who do wrong to their fellow man is going to get away with it. I'm not talking about fire and brimstone, I'm talking about karma; I'm talking about Ethics of Reciprocity. Yeah. It might look like they're doing great: the nice car, the money, the husband, the wife, the 2.5 kids, but you just wait. You know the ole saying about karma. And it is...true. It might not be tomorrow, but you keep an eye on that enemy of yours. Just Wait 1,3,5,10,20,40,50 years and you'll see it happen. Everyone has to pay the piper; and no one is exempt Romans 12: 19-21. When it's time for your enemy to pay the piper, it will be 
so bad, even YOU will feel sorry for them (Hebrews 10:31). Trust me, I've seen it time and time again. The vengeance might take awhile, but it will get there. Sometimes you won't hear of it at all, what happens to them; and I think sometimes it's better not to know because it's so bad. Then other times, you'll hear all about it.)
Mind you, there may be some good people out there, people who could give you advice, those who found goodness their own way; but they can't give you step-by-step instructions on how to do it, because we're all individuals, and all of our paths are different--all of them. You're on your own kid. Find the source of the mutated seed. Scream at it. Yell at it. Blame it. Go through your mourning period. But DON'T KEEP MAKING EXCUSES THAT THAT SEED IS THE REASON FOR YOUR BEHAVIOR. It started it, yes, but you can overcome it. Slowly. Slowly get rid of whatever it is that's making you deprived and forcing you to gorge in hentai, slash, porn, drugs, sex, lies, murder, stealing, hate. For it's the "gorging" that's making you a slave. And though it might feel good at the time, you'll have to pay the piper in the end. So, it's best to bypass the punishment, the ones that happen while you're alive, and start looking for the goodness.
Once you start looking for the goodness that comes at the end of the darkness, your Happily Ever After, which equates to believing and faith...(Oh and sorry, Every time I think of Happy Endings, I think of that song by Avril Lavigne - (So Much For) My Happy Ending. But, unlike that song, you can't give up that way.) Keep searching for it. Find your way out. That's all Jesus was sent here to teach us. He was made half mutated, capable of sinning, so that he can communicate with us and show us the way. His God half was for him to communicate to God about us so that He could understand what we're going through and be able to forgive us more easily (Luke 23:34). God created the key, a gateway,
a bridge, on how it should be done. To show us, it CAN BE DONE. To show us that we still got it in us to be good. And soon, you'll find that, step by step, you'll no longer have to gorge in, or be a slave to, that particular sin again (that mutant DNA) ... well, er, just once in awhile... and then never again.
But because we're in a mutated world, it doesn't end. You'll have to keep fighting, an everlasting battle. Fight whatever new sin that comes your way -- until dust you shall return.
Don't be embarrassed, my mutated friend. Use that darkness to find your light.
